| Privacy Policy
We at DDCi put a high value in the rights of an individual. The company is therefore
concerned about maintaining the privacy of information we obtain in the normal course of providing our services.
We are sensitive about privacy issues across the different areas of the sites we control.
Personal Information
Visitors to the web pages controlled by DDCi can get to most of the site without giving any
personal information about themselves and who they are. However, there are times when we and our partners may
need information from visitors.
Visitors may provide this information in a variety of ways. For example, visitors may want us
to send them newsletters, in which case they will need to give us their name and email address. It is our
practice to let visitors know how we will use such information before collecting them. If visitors request this
information not to be used beyond the service requests, we will comply with this request. Any information given
by a visitor about someone else is assumed to be made with the consent of that person.
The following paragraphs will detail the use of personal information provided to us by visitors
to the DDCi controlled web pages and to whom this information can be shared with.
- Marketing Use
The information you provide to the DDCi web site may also be used by selected third
parties for marketing purposes. Before we use it, however, we will offer vistors the opportunity to
choose whether or not to have the information used in this way.
- Business Partner or Clients
If visitors represent a Business Partner (from here on also represent clients),
they may visit a DDCi Web site or sections intended specifically for DDCi Business Partners. We may use
information provided on that site to administer and develop our business relationship with such visitors,
the Business Partner represented, and DDCi Business Partners generally. For instance, this may involve
using your information to send details of DDCi Business Partner programs. It may also include sharing
certain information with other Business Partners (subject to any confidentiality obligations that may
exist), or DDCi customers or prospects. In connection with a particular transaction or program, we may
also contact Business Partners as part of customer satisfaction surveys or for market research purposes.
- Fulfilling a Transaction Request
If visitors request something from an DDCi Web site, for example, a service, a
callback, or specific marketing materials, we will use the information provide to fulfill the request.
To help us do this, we may share information, with others, for instance, other parts of DDCi, DDCi's
Business Partners, financial institutions, shipping companies, postal or government authorities (for
example, Customs authorities) involved in fulfillment. In connection with a transaction we may also
contact vistors as part of our customer satisfaction surveys.
