 Located in the Manila Headquarters and the U.S. , the data center provides the infrastructure necessary to keep  all servers operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 Physical security is provided 24/7. The data center is custom designed with utmost security and temperature  control systems. In case of power failure, there are UPS back-ups for all servers and workstations. There is also  a stand by generator that can provide sufficient power for the whole production facility.

 All transcription work are done in house to insure that no work is brought outside the facility. Confidentiality is  one of the company's main concern and DDCi only gives limited access on the patient files to the employees  once they are in the facility. Currently, the facility is operating in a 24/6 configuration but ongoing plans will make  the facility operational 24/7 during the first quarter of 2006.
