Background

 Having been closely affiliated with a leading Philippine outsourcing service provider (in  the field of manpower recruitment), the Business Proponents started to develop the  Company's Business Concept in the first quarter of 2001.

 Initially, the Business Proponents conducted various interviews with potential  service-users for a period of approximately six months. During this evaluation period, an  in-depth analysis that explored the "who, what, where, how and why of transcription" was  conducted. This analysis led to an improved process, using the most up to date  technology, through which transcription can be done at less cost but with greater  efficiency and security.

 The Business Proponents initiated systems development in early 3rd quarter of 2001. At  this time a pool of IT professionals joined the Business Proponents to commence  system development.

 A Philippine domiciled company, named DigitizeData.Com Inc., was formally  incorporated in the late 3rd quarter of 2001.

 The Company developed and implemented business processes that met and exceeded  its market's desire for pricing, turn around time and confidentiality (US HIPAA ACT OF  2003) in the 1st quarter of 2002.
